Join us and Executive Chef Joel Miller at The MAX on Saturday, April 12 for Sipp & Savor.
There’ll be cool beer, fine wine, and irresistible bites from the south’s top chefs. Sipp & Savor Food & Drink Experience is also the major annual fundraiser for The Mississippi Arts + Entertainment Experience (The MAX) in downtown Meridian, Mississippi.
The event kicks off at 6 pm, with an exclusive early entry for Premium Pass holders at 5 pm. Groove to live music by party band, Fly By Radio.

Embark on a Journey Through Spain as our Executive Chefs take center stage in the first installment of our Chef Series. Spanish wines, curated courses, and exceptional Chef highlights from all restaurants by Oliver.
This chapter aims to highlight the incredible talent of our culinarians within Oliver Hospitality, with a rotating focus on regional influence, inspiration and fine wine. While all our restaurants may differ, our focus is the same to support the beautiful communities we reside in and push the envelope on creating new and exciting, seasonal menus for our guests.
